How to Enroll
- If you would like to join the Program, you must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid government identification of proof of age to Guest Services at Commerce Casino in order to obtain a PLAYER CARD. Terms of the Program
- Program members accumulate points based on their length of play. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that their Player Card is presented to the dealer when playing table games in order to receive points. Tier Points have no cash value and cannot be deducted or redeemed. Tier Points are valid until the end of each year. Tier Points will reset to zero (0) on January 1st. Status must be earned each year to maintain your status for the following year. Tier Points are earned per hour based on the amount of time played at individually valued games. Comp Points are earned per hour varying by game type and table limits. Comp Points are redeemable at the property for food and non-alcoholic beverages, hotel stays, gift shop, jewelry shop, spa, and valet. Once used, Comp Points will be deducted from the player’s account. It is the responsibility of the member to present their card to the cashier in participating outlets and restaurants prior to settling the purchase to redeem the Comp Points. Right to Withdraw
